Due to a medical malpractice, my mother's arm bone was fractured. If you believe that your mother was injured as a result of malpractice, it would likely be best to switch medical providers.  In order to proceed with a potential medical malpractice suit, you will need an expert witness (another doctor) to testify that the first medical providers conduct/treatment was below the standard of care and such resulted in your mother's injury.  This is something that would be beneficial to discuss with any  new medical providers.  Be sure to consult a local medical malpractice attorney in your area regarding state specific medical malpractice requirements and the statute of limitations.  Best of luck.
