More details to this question:
I went to EMTemergency care to treat my pain in throat. Dr. diagnosed as tonsilitis. She started to perform surgery right away in the office. Dr. gave me lidocaine (local anesthetic) to numb my troat. after 15mins later, i started to getting sick and vomitting and my entire body felt numbed at same time, i started to lose my consciousness. i almot passed out. Nurses and dr. kept on telling me to come down. However, I believe I had an allergry reaction from local anesthesia. I would like to find out if this was a their mistake to give me local anestheasia. Do I have a case of law suit to file here? It was horrible exprience. I suffered minor chest pain after that.

It's is unclear from the information provided if you have a valid claim for malpractice. If you have more significant injuries than what you have explained here, you may want to consult an attorney about the claim. Take your medical records with you to a consultation with a lawyer.
