Medical-malpractice Do I stand a chance for this wrong wrong doing? #omision

More details to this question:
My son, born 08-31-2012 came home healthy. Within 60days and almost weekly Dr. visits he had become increasingly sick ( short of breath, exsesive mucus, cough, and a gargling sound when he inhaled. So, After his MD put him on 4 different oral antibiotics in 4 months from age 2mts to 6mts and my son never showed any sign of improvement I really started questioning the MD and his PA. You see my wife usually took him to these appt. due to her 16 week maternity leave. After she retuned home from visit number 10 or so w another script for another oral antibiotic I made an immediate f/u appt. to ask some questions. During this visit I asked the PA to listen to little Bryson's lungs. She did and to no surprise said that his lungs were " full of fluid" (pneumonia?). Then after watching the MD rough this sick, bottom 3% size child up into a raging scream then put a stethoscope on his back and say sounds like he's getting better. I asked for Bryson's records. THERS LOTS MORE NOT ENOUGH #skrdLNG
