Hello. Not sure what category this falls under. My girlfriend who lives in Los Angeles had a "mommy makeover" last month in Las Vegas. The procedure included a breast augmentation. Prior to the procedure, her and the surgeon agreed to 615cc. Days after the surgery, she found out the surgeon gave her 525cc. The surgeon never explained to her why he gave her less than she had agreed upon. I'm a criminal attorney so this is out of my league. Does she have a cause of action?
