More details to this question:
contracted mrsa after a surgery on 7/30/14 had 2nd surgery 8/20/14 still having difficulties. Switched dr now having to go to pt. not a happy camper

Infection is always a risk of surgery. However, I would just be safe and acquire a
copy of you're medical records and consult lawyer right away.
