I went to my doctor in October heart really bad I found out I had cervical spine. It showed up on an X-ray back in April. No one ever told me. It was 6 months later when I made another appointment with killer headaches. Do I have a case?

Sorry you post is incoherent and makes no sense. Literally EVERYONE has a cervical spine. Having headaches does not make a legal case of any type..
