More details to this question:
with in 24hours he had to be rushed to the hospital he got really sick he was in intensive for 3 day then moved to a regular room for 3 day then released from hospital the doctors that took care of said he was well enough to go home when he came home he was still not feeling well we took him back to the hospital were he was admitted for a week then released again still not feeling well he taking back to the hospital via fire rescue he was in intensive care again this time he passed away.

Sorry to hear that. What was the cause of death and was there an autopsy? That is criticial in deciding what to do.
