QUESTION
My husband recieved a broken cheekbone due to a proceed preformed by his dentist.

After having a lower rights side molar filled, his jaw became stiff and sore leaving him unable to open his mouth. He returned to the dentist a week later only to have the dentist tell him he's muscles were reacting to the novacaine. With both of his hands, the dentist grasped his upper and lower jaw and yanked it open as far as it would go causing my husband unbearable pain.

If a dentist broke your husband's jaw by applying too much force then you may have a case, although there is going to be a question about whether it is financially viable. Articles below explain this in more detail.
