My dad had a bad headache went to the er. Well they told him he have a ear infection so they gave him a steroid shot. A few days later his leg breaks out with severe water blister redness and swelling. His doctor sent him to the hospital where they keep him almost a week. They said he had cellulitis they treat it sent him home. But he has to walk wth a cane now before he didn't. He has a home nurse that comes in twice a week to change and treat his leg and bandage

It is hard to see a connection between the headaches and a cellulitis infection in the leg. If your dad alerted them to the leg issue and they failed to investigate it, then you might have a case, but it will be a difficult one because in all likelihood he would have needed the same care to cure the infection if they had diagnosed it in the ER.
