More details to this question:
I received today a registered letter from my GP doctor in which she cancelled my upcoming follow-up appt. and stated I was no longer under her care as she felt I was unsatisfied with her service. The practice did NOT provide an alternative GP. I also have an upcoming specialist Dr. appt ( as per my GP referral), in which will have NO GP doctor to review any further findings, due to her 'abandonment' - is this considered medical malpractice? (Also, this GP's office staff has made many errors in test orders, shown to be inattentive and indifferent to ongoing health issues, scheduling and medical care.)

It is not malpractice. Find a new general practitioner and take your records to him or her.
