QUESTION

Pharmacy malpractice

Asked on Jan 22nd, 2015 on Medical Malpractice - Georgia
More details to this question:
I'm asking this on the behalf of my mother, the one harmed by the criminal negligence of her pharmacy. Around October, my mother went to get her depression medication and, instead of issuing the correct medication, the pharmacist at Kroger issued blood-pressure medicine in the bottle. It was the right bottle and name, but the wrong medication placed within it. Her medicine in question being for depression, an issue within our entire family. Since then, she's been suffering from the effects of withdrawal, with a wide series of ailments occurring, such as hot-flashes, increased irritability, mood swings, irrationality, and severe damage to her psyche. Today, she found out that she had been suffering from withdrawal due to the error in question. She is an 49 year old woman of Caucasian descent. Her email shall be given, same for her name.

Sorry about your mom. You may have a claim against the Pharmacist if your mom had side effects from the antihypertensive.  She needs to visit a doctor to evaluate her condition. You may contact an attorney to evaluate your case further.
