Possible Malpractice suite

Asked on Feb 20th, 2017 on Medical Malpractice - Ohio
More details to this question:
I had arthoscopic surgery in my right knee in 2015. I was not educated on the risk. I was not informed that he had taken out a section of my meniscus. And that it would expidite osteo arthritis in the knee. Since surgery the knee is a lot worst. I have since gotten bone spurs, cysts largest being 8 mm in diameter.. 85 percent bone on bone. and Osteoarthrits through out the knee.Because of the surgery the knee has became extreamly worst. Do I have a issue for malpractice?

In Ohio, the Statute of Limitations is one year for medical malpractice. There are exceptions, but it looks doubtful that any would apply here.
