QUESTION

Possibly Medical Negligence??

Asked on Oct 21st, 2013 on Medical Malpractice - Florida
More details to this question:
I recently went to a dentist because a filling fell out. They gave me a treatment plan that was extensive (root canal, ect) I called another dentist for a second opinion. The assistance was taking X rays and cracked my broken tooth, so now the nerve is exposed and it hurts so bad. (she slammed the thing up against that tooth trying to fit it correctly.) They gave me the same treatment option that actually costs more. Now I am almost forced to come up with $2000 to have this done NOW because of the pain and tooth. What can I do?

Very little. If your tooth was that brittle or damaged than an x-ray "broke" it, it would be very diffcult to get a dental expert to find malpractice there.
