More details to this question:
I was given a stent in my pelvis area for no reason, I was told the stent was for my leg, and later found out that I never had the stent in my leg or needed one.

I am sorry to hear about this incident. Certainly if there was a procedure that was done unnecessarily and especially if it caused an injury then this should be investigated.
