sue attorney improper decision

More details to this question:
I had an lawsuit against a facility which they left water on the floor I fell hired an attorney and I Dont feel I was given the proper amount and would like to sue the attorney what steps should I take.

First, lawyers dont "give you" an amount on a case. If the case settled for a value, you necessarily would have been required to accept same and sign a release, etc. That makes it VERY hard to blame a lawyer because you now feel you should have gotten more. In this event, you will have to retain a lawyer as an expert to examine your case to see IF the settlement or judgment was somehow so low that the lawyer was somehow responsible.  If the amount you reference is an improper calculation for settlement. i.e. the lawyer charged 40% and he should have charged 33 1/3% you can contact the Florida Bar regarding a  "Fee Dispute " and they can provide you some other options you may want to explore.
