Toung Nerve was cut during surgery

More details to this question:
I have had two teeth removed surgecly back on February 2016 I was out for more than a week and had to go twice to the ER for Maeve bleeding but that all ok until i knew I could not feel my toung and pain in it .. I have called the surgonet right away and told me to wait and saw me after 3 month no improvement and ask me to wait again and they will set another appointment to see him but they never called me back I did and set an apopitment in October when he told me if it did not improve in 6 month not going to and he believe the Nerve was cut he gave me some med asking me to try if I like even he think it's not going to help.and he gave me his number to call him ....what would I do

You may well have a claim that would be recognized in Pennsylvania. You failed to provide any facts that would permit me to specifically comment on the nature of the negligent medical care provided. The kind of injury you describe has been known to to occuroccur with wisdom teeth extractions. Loss of nerve function is often preventable. Whether it should been prevented in your care depends on the specific facts or your case. You do not indicate the particular area of the state where this incident occurred.
