More details to this question:
Back in January I had whats called "Green Light Laser Surgery" For a Urinary Incontinence problem. In other words, I was retaining above Average amounts of Urine.Im 57, Single No Kids. After the Operation, although the retention was better, I had Retrograde Ejaculation. Only after when I asked the Doctor about this was I told that in 30% of the Cases that happens. I did not get a sit down from him prior, explaining the Possible Negative Effects of this Procedure. There is more, but for now this is your Overview. Bottom line, Im a Single Guy and with this kind of issue now, I cannot Totally make a Women Content. I would have never had this kind of Procedure done for a Urinary Incontinence Issue. Its embarrassing to talk about, I hope a Male Attorney reads this. Thank You

If you were not informed of the risks of the procedure before the surgery, the doctor did not acquire informed consent from you to do the operation. This sounds like malpractice. You need to acquire a copy of your medical records and consult an experienced attorney as soon as possible. Good luck with the claim.
