What can be done about a hospital performing a incorrect sleep study

Went to get a sleep study and they didn't put all the wires on. in fact they only hooked up 2 wires. One wire to the chest band to monitor your heart or lungs, and the other to your finger. I got a call for the results and was told that the snoring was there and that I had to live with it. That is not a sleep study. There are wires that goes to your head, arms, and legs. the room didn't have any camera's or a monitor to watch you as you slept.
