on 4/26/2016 my baby with hydrocephalus was taken to er and tested positive for strep for the second time and they gave him a shot in his right thigh differently from the first because it was given on his bottom first time and no major problems occurred after.well after 4/26 my baby went down hill with reoccurring migraines ,restlessness and pain and loss of appetites and crying saying mommy the pain is real bad like somebody dropping bricks on my head and I gave him motrin for his headaches it never eased up..so, I know something was given to him wrong. and clearly, my son has never had the flu shot and I don't consent to it and don't get it either..because a doctor told me it puts it in you and my granny to.and I never had it and 41... and don't get the shot. anyway my disable child with a shunt in his head pain was ongoing and I went back to er on 4,29,2016.they say the reason he still having migraines he not clear of strep and diagnosis was bradycardia and unspecified headache
First we need to get your language straight to help lawyers understand. When you say "my baby" with hydrocephalus we all think a newborn child. When you add in a child of age that can speak, everything changes dramatically. That stated this will all depend on your child medical history and condition. You will need to hire an expert to review the medical records to see what if anything improper occured. All I can get from your facts are that your child has migraines and didnt get a flu shot and has strep, none of which equates to malpractice.
