More details to this question:
i took my boy to emergency room and they didnt find nothing next day i take him again to emergency room dr said it may be the appendix so he had to stay overnight. in the morning the dr said it was a virus so he gave him medication for the virus.he asked us to follow with him with his appointments and he still didnt find anything. during the appointments he did scans and blood test.on the 11th day he did another scan and found that his intestines were bloated so he told me to see another doctor that day. when we got there we showed the dr the dvd scan and he found it was a ruptured appendix and called for immediate surgery. the new dr said it was major surgery because the appendix was ruptured for over 10 days (while we were at douglas visiting our first dr) the new dr said it was a mess and said he did his best and put him on 2 weeks recovery in the hospital. he made need another surgery because of how long he had the ruptured appendix and the new dr said it was never a virus.

It sounds like you have a case.  Patients usually have an elevated temperature with moderate to severe tenderness in the right lower abdomen.  If inflammation is significant, rebound tenderness is present. Lab studies will show an elevated white blood cell count if the infection has been present for some time. In children, abdominal x-rays can show calcified pieces of stool that are often the cause of appendicitis in children. An ultrasound may show an enlarged appendix. If an ultrasound does not show the appendix, a CT scan can be performed or the appendix can be observed laprascopically.  If you want to investigate a case, you should contact a local medical malpractice attorney (one in your state).  They take these cases on a contingency basis which means you only have to pay if you succeed.  Additionally, initial consultations are usually free. You can use the "Find a Lawyer" service through this website to research medical malpractice attorneys.  Then, visit each attorney's website and look for a firm that has a record of successful verdicts.  Below are some articles you may find helpful.  They are written for a New Jersey audience (where I practice) but the ideas discussed in these articles usually apply in most other jurisdictions as well.     Click here for an article that discusses the three main questions I ask when deciding whether to investigate a potential medical malpractice case. This discusses the issue of financial viability. Click here for an article that explains what you can and should expect when pursuing a medical malpractice case.
