What should I do a surgeons mistake caused me 5 operations and on going problems

During a hernia repair on my abdominal wall the surgeron cut my liver and closed me up still bleeding Has my blood pressure dropped till the point my heart stopped I was rushed to an emergency surgery to find the bleed. I was in a coma on life support
Afterwards I had an abscess on my abdom. wall that infected my intestines which caused me to need a colostomy bag. Then I had kidney failure that required dialysis after numerous proceeders and 5 operations I'm now told the mesh they put in me has a
Vial infection which is preventing my wound to heal completely and is causing me pain and leaking a bloody mix of infection that is going to require another operation I was released from hospital in June 2010 and found out about the infection middle 2012
Before that doctor called it surface infection that would heal what do you suggest thank you
