will my son get compensation for a ruptured appendix

More details to this question:
I took my son to the local ER on a Friday morning at 2 a.m., because he kept vomiting, at the ER, he was only given a pill under the tongue and was sent home at 5 a, remainder of that night, he had abdominal pain, Saturday morning I took my son to the clinic in town and then was referred to the ER in new braunfels tx. from there studies were made and found that his appendix had already ruptured.

You should get all the medical records from each place you went and go see a personal injury attorney to get an evaluation of your case. The evaluation should not cost anything.
