QUESTION

Would this qualify for a case?

More details to this question:
I had a left total hip replacement. Immediately after surgery my left lower leg was numb and i was unable to move my foot or toes. They diagnosed me with foot drop. The dr stated it was not very common for his pts that have had the same surgery. When i asked how it happened i was told they may have been a little to rough during surgery or the clamps may have been left to long? Needless to say i was fitted for brace to help me be able to walk. I also had to have a 3/4 inch lift added to my right shoe. I have been wearing them dor a few months now and i also had to get an ankle brace for my left ankle to keep it from rolling and breaking. I have been doing physical therapy since the week after surgery ( ab 14 weeks) three times a week. The physical therapist is doin dry needle nerve stimulation every session with no improvement in the drop foot. I had an EMG done that showed the nerve was not cut but injured. I am a nurse and have not been able to return to work due to this.
