a water leak in my apartment

More details to this question:
.on july 16th i was in my kitchen, wipping down counters. I turned around and fell when water i didn't see. came from beside the fire sprinkler system. my knee, hip and lower back have been affected, also had a bruise on my buttocks for a month and a half. I called the manager she never called me back or even checked to see if i was ok, no maintance either, the old manager stopped by and said oh my god not good.he saw where the water came from. i was in bed for weeks, and still have issues from the fall. i need help please.

Under the circumstances you described it is unlikely your landlord would be liable for your injuries. Liability would attach only if your landlord knew or should have known of the leak and would have anticipated you might be unaware of it and fall.
