QUESTION

AAA left me on I95 at 1:30am to walk home.

More details to this question:
I am a single woman. - 2 flat tires, a little under 6 miles from home, at 10:00 pm. Tow truck finally showed at 1:30am. I was not allowed to receive a ride with tow truck driver due to Covid-19. AAA insisted I stay with car to show ID. AAA stated they would get me transportation. No transportation. Uber and Lyft will not pick up from a Highway. I had to walk home, scared due to time and lack of light, and bloody feet. Received generic letter from AAA giving me a credit for $100. (Not a refund). All calls were recorded. Texts saved.

Yes you actually might have a case. Just like my colleague said I think it would be to your advantage to take pictures of your feet, and get follow up care from a qualified competent physician so that you can have a paper trail of your medical record. The rule in Florida is we have the impact rule on personal injury cases which means once there is a physical impact that is directly caused and resulting from negligence of a third-party, then you cannot only collect damages related to that physical impact injury but then you can also collect all your emotional distress damages so we're not allowed to solicit your case, but you are welcome to review One of us And make contact regarding your case.
