Am I eligible to sue?

I recentely had a blowout in my front driver side tire, taking my car acrossed the road into a guard rail. Much of the car is broken. To fix her may cost up to fifteen hundred in parts. I bought the studded snow tires new from adirondack in october 2012. i kept maintenance and i dont know why the tire blew out. Can i bring up charges on adirondack or the company who produced the tires? If so, how would i go about doing this? I need the vehicle and adirondack will most likely replace the tire but that will not fix my car or get me a new one.
