Am I entitle for a Personal Injury Damage case?

More details to this question:
I am a 69yrs old female that on 12/4/15 I went to Target Department Store, Waterford Lakes, Orlando, Florida. Inside the store I felt as a result of a wipe tissue on the floor. Stood on the floor aprox 2-5minutes without any employee showing. Later, a Target employee ask me if I want to make a report, which I did. The Insurance Company was suppose to contact me in 24hrs, which they have not yet. A wheel chair was provided to me to get to the car. I went to Centra Care facilities to check my body and x rays were taken. They proceed to bill Medicare and my Private Medigap Insurance, which I think Target Company is responsible for any medical expense. Until today 12/9/15 my right leg shows abration, it hurts, is swelling and is difficult for me to walk the way I normally do. My emotional and physical health has been affected and my personal life has been impacted.
