QUESTION

Am I going to jail for something I didn't even do?

Asked on Aug 02nd, 2016 on Personal Injury - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
I let my friend borrow my SUV. He came back early morning hours and told me and my girlfriend that he hit a deer. Well, the next day, I got a phone call from my mom saying that police are looking for me for a hit and run. My friend lied to me and now I can't get a hold of him. What does this mean? On top of that, I'm already on parole which I get off in March 2017.

You need to get a lawyer and don't make any statements to police without your lawyer present. If the story about the friend is true, you will need to give that information to the police.
