are car insurance settlements pretty much all the same?

Was hit head on by drunk driver. My car was totalled. have whip lash, stitches in my head. Lots of lumps and bumps and black and blues. BAck pain from previous spinal surgery.

Each case is different. However, the best cases are those in which you have a "serious injury" as defined by the law.
