I was in county jail. I was shackled at hands and feet. I was taken to the bonding room to make bail. I sat at the wrong stool and had to move. When I went to move my shackles became caught in the 2-3 in. bolts securing the stool to the floor. I fell hard on my face. As a result of the fall 2 of my teeth were broken and my knees badly bruised. My gums were also very swollen and I was dizzy. They then took me to get "checked out" which consisted of me standing in the hallway, someone breifly looking at my mouth, being told there was nothing they could do for me, having to stand for even longer while the incident was typed up, and then being released. I then learned from my boyfriend(one of the witnesses) that the bonding agent had said that "this had happened on multiple occasions and that they knew that they had messed up ... that there was supposed to have been a guard in the room. I have witnesses including a state bonding agent and pics of all injuries. Having trouble finding lawyer
