Assualt case against a pala native.

More details to this question:
A woman assaulted my daughter who is on blood thinners and in and out of the hospital put her in intensive care for 3 weeks with major head trauma. The woman was arrested and out on bail. My daughter just went and made her statement. I want to sue this woman she has done this to others and is very violent. At least damages hospital bills and pain and suffering. Police reports have been made shes been identified. What do i do? Its caused finacial problems. Let alone the headaches and almost dying.

You certainly sound like you have a valid personal injury case.  However, one thing to consider is the assets of the potential Defendant (the woman who hit your daughter) before jumping in an filing a lawsuit.  You should discuss the options with an attorney first to better undestand potential and likely outcomes.
