QUESTION

auto accident in a company vehicle

Asked on Feb 05th, 2016 on Automobile Accidents - Florida
More details to this question:
I was in a minor accident in a parking lot in a company vehicle. I was unable to see them in my blind spot and we were both backing up on opposite sides of an SUV that was between us. There was 0 damage to my company vehicle but over $600 in damage to the other vehicle. The company I work for is making me pay for their damage out of my pocket. Is that legal?
