Auto Accident--Nephew needs help

Nephew involved in auto accident; he is not feeling well; needs guidance as to obtaining medical, concerns about his work, etc.--adjusters offer some direction, but not enough--can an attorney get involved now? I am his aunt and I am in the legal profession and trying to assist him.

Yes, you should retain counsel immediately. Dont delay and your nephew should refrain from discussing his case while he is impaired both mentaly and physically as a result of the accident.
