Shopright worker was putting groceries in my car. She accidentally hit the button that lowers the back trunk, it's motorized so it doesn't slam shut it lowers slowly and it goes down till it hits something and then it will go back up. It hit this workers head and two weeks later I received a letter she is suing me. She looked up our address in there database.

Send the letter to your car inusrance carrier and let them deal with the situation.  The issue involved your vehicle, and your car insurance company will address the matter.   Meanwhile, I would advise the Shopright where that person works that she used information from their database for her own purposes.  I am sure that was not permitted and is a violation of your privacy.
