More details to this question:
My sister had a brain injury since 1981 was in a group home, they said she fell out of bed and hit her head on the floor on Thur. at 3:30 am, nurse came at 9:30 am, checked her out and said she was fine, which she wasn't, so she wasn't taken to the ER until Sun. morning, bleeding in the brain and brain pushed from left to right side of head, she died on Tues. at 8:30 pm. Can a sibling file a wrongful death or only spouse or children?
