QUESTION

Can anything be done?

Asked on Oct 13th, 2014 on Personal Injury - Washington
More details to this question:
I am enrolled in Premera through Wash Health Plan finder since May of last year. Every month I make my payments on time and every month they refuse to pay for my prescriptions because heath plan finder dosn't pay my premiums to premera even though I have paid them. This results in me running out of meds that are not supposed to be abruptly stopped and I have to deal with physical withdrawal. I have had to call them every month and fight to have them update with Premera that I have paid my premiums. In past months this has worked and I was able to get my prescriptions. This month they say they have escalated it and I just have to wait. Again I will run out of meds. It just dosnt seem right that they can cause a person to suffer like this and have no way to deal with it. The meds are usually $0 now they are $90.00 for one of them I cant afford that.
