Can I be compensated for contracting scabies or shingles from a couple of residents who were inflamed, red itchy skin for weeks?

I was told by an LPN that it was a rash, however, another resident has started itching severely over the past week and now has bumps all over her body. I was asked by an LPN to apply some cream to her!

Probably not. They are communicable, and when we are in contact with others, it happens. Let's say you take a college class, and you pass someone in the hall who has a cold, and you catch it. Same thing.
