I'm not sure what you are asking. It is illegal to drive without a license. Once you obtain a license, it is legal.

Under Nevada law, you must have a current license to drive. There could me major problems if you are involved in a wreck or traffic violation if you do not have a current license.

You cannot drive lawfully on the streets and highways of the state without a license.

If you have not had a license for three years, but previously held a license, it may be possible to take the steps appropriate in your jurisdiction to have your license reinstated. Absent a valid license to drive, one can not operate a motor vehicle on any public roadway.
