Can I get an estimate on how much my case could be worth?

Asked on Feb 20th, 2013 on Automobile Accidents - California
More details to this question:
I was rear ended by a dr. pepper commercial driver in Oct 2011. As a result of the accident, I have neck and back disc protrusions, a concussion with swelling in my left ear. In Nov. of last year I has lumbar microdiscectomy surgery. I am still being treated by pain management. I had to do physical therapy for the second time. I received epidural injection in the cervical and lumbar region of my back. I'm also being treated for anxiety and depression. On March 15th I have to attend court to testify against the driver who rear ended me. At the seen of the accident the driver admitted to 100 % at fault. The neurosurgeon who perform the surgery gave me a disability.

The value of a case is determined by your damages. You certainly have a lot of medical bills, need for future care, and pain and suffering which can add up. The future medical can depend on what you need. I've seen back injuries need medical care for decades add up over 100K.
