can i get my car back?

More details to this question:
I purchased a car a ford Explorer 2003 last year when I recieved my tax money for 2000 cash from my brothers friend and now co defendant. I was given a bill of sale at the time along with the title signed over to me from a JarayTrujillo and Guadalupe Garza. The next day after purchasing it the cops came and took it from me and said it was used in a crime so I went to this guy Jaray Trujillo trial everyday didnt miss one his lawyer projected the title that they signed over to me and stated that jarayTrujillo sold the car to me and him and his step father sign the title to me now that his trial is over hes saying he never sold the car to me and trying to have his father take it out of the police impound and sell it to put money on his books I am wondering is there any chance I can get my car with the court recordings that jarayTrujillo lawyer states that the car is mine and a bill of sale but its not notarized. Is there any way possible.
