can i still go forth with my case now

I was recently in a car accident and i was going through a case with pentiluga and i was later down the line was citated i took it to court and both citations were dismissed i want to now can i go forth with it i am still injured and stuffering alot of lost things my transportation being one hours on my job etc. I just want to know can i get legal advice for this.
