I suggest that you hire an attorney experienced in not only workers' compensation claims but one that is also experienced with trucking claims, especially ones involved in improper loading.  This could be a difficult claim because Virginia is also a contributory negligence jurisdiction and there could be an issue if you were also responsible for making sure the load was properly loaded onto your truck.  Good luck with this matter.
