Why would want them? You could sue them because they gave them to you without asking if you wanted them.

What is the damage? rent bill? What does hotel say about all this?you have to have real damage and real injury for a lawsuit. who is going to pay the attorney fee for filing and handling the suit?

I would think yes, however your recovery is going to be limited to your damages, which permanently were relatively temporary and somewhat minor.

Yes, but is normal to first submit a claim for medical costs. If denied, you may file a lawsuit. However, since damages are very very small, you will not get much for your effort. Perhaps you could use small claims.
