Can I sue a restaurant?

More details to this question:
I work night shift and my kids decided to order tacos so I wouldn’t have to cook. I bit into one taco and there were tomatoes on it. I had to stab my self with the ecupin and went straight to the emergency room. They drugged me with steroids and Benadryl and my face was so red and it still is. It was an Uber delivery and the taco was wrapped. I now have to see a dermatologist to talk about laser surgery because the er dr said it will scar. I called Taco Bell later on after spending hours in the er and I asked for a manager he goes it’s me, I asked me who, he refused to give me his name. After I told him what happened he goes well. Bring the receipt and we will give you. A new order but you still have to pay for it. I asked him if he was serious he said yes. I was like you can’t read on the order NO tomatoes and he expected me to come up even being in the hospital “exact words before he hung up” not my problem! I work at an animal er and have four boys I’m taking care of. What can I do
