Can I sue a restaurant for serving food which caused me to chip a tooth?

More details to this question:
I was in a Subway restaurant and I order a six inch meatball sub. When I bit into the sandwich, my tooth broke. The meatball in the sandwich was as hard as a rock. m I called the person who sold me the sandwich and showed her, she didn't fill out a report or do anything.

It is possible you may have a claim, but more information is needed. Most importantly, what are the extent of your injuries? If it is just a small/negligible chip of a tooth, its probably not worth pursuing. If it is something that caused more damage, or something that required medical/dental treatment, then it may be worth looking into further.
