More details to this question:
4/27/2012 I complained my air was out they came out and fixed but only ran for about 4 hours. I complained again and agin they tried then they offered after 3 weeks with out air to put me and my 1 yr old , 5 yr old and 6 yr old in a room for the weekend and return on Monday. Monday came once again the air was not fixed ran for a few hours and I complained again and again. The maintenance guy told me I had to turn the air off and on. Turn it off for a while and then turn it back on after. Few hour in the 80-90 degrees weather. Then again I complained. A month has past and no air so then they come and put a small ac unit in the window that only cool one room.and now it been 3 weeks and there is still no air and also had to buy fans for each room.

It may be a breach of your lease. In some states one can give notice that repairs will be deducted from the rent if repairs not promptly and correctly done. You may also be in a position to move and claim damages for "Constructive Eviction" if the premises are uninhabitable. Check with your local lawyers in your state.
