Can i sue driver and insurance co?

More details to this question:
my car was hit along with four others in the middle of the night by a drunk driver. my car was deemed a total loss and my insurance picked up liability and picked up my car. i have been without a car for a year and the driver or his insurance has not paid or have done anything. could i sue the driver and his insurance company? it was his fault and ive been without a car. Also, could i sue for personal distress as its been extremely hard getting to and from work and getting my kids to school.

You can sue the driver as long as the statute of limitations has not run and his insurance will be the ones to foot the bill and provide him with an attorney. You should speak to a local personal injury attorney immediately.
