QUESTION

Can I sue for suspending pills by mistake?

Asked on Mar 17th, 2013 on Personal Injury - Colorado
More details to this question:
My mother recently had extremely elevated glucose (600) and left her with bad eyesight. She went on vacation to another country and was hospitalized and very sick her whole trip. She has diabetes and was being treated for the disease here in Colorado, where they unexpectedly suspended her pills by mistake. After coming back from her ruined vacation and going back to the hospital here, they simply said, "we are sorry, it was the pharmacy's fault". Is there a case here?

You should contact an attorney who specializes in medical malpractice cases wherever you are located. Gather up all your documents and sit down with someone for an initial consultation. This is the only effective way of determining whether you have a case.
