Can I sue if I got a concussion, possible nerve damage?

I was at a light surrounded by an accident scene. Lt’s flashing everywhere. Some lanes were closed. Officer was waving traffic to turn and go. I was waved to go left. I proceeded to do so and a van that I couldn't see (because of fire truck) T-Boned my minivan very hard. She was going very fast and totaled my vehicle. Five officers were on the scene.
