Can I sue my company for firing me over religion?

I refused to resign when the hr spec. and the new co told me to because I am a Jehovah's Witness. They were very hostile towards me, slandered me, tried to blame nonexistent drug descrepancies on me, I was screamed at and sent home. Then called back by the CO to apologize per the CEO. She cried and threatened to quit so they forged documents, one's I had seen before had documentation added, and one's I'd never seen had my signature forged. I asked my attorney to subpoena the documentation out of my e-mail there and certain staff he did neither and didn't attend my in person appeal. the examiner refused to conference him, though he asked her to, and she would not hear testimony from my witness. now I have no attorney and am going to supreme court. They are commiting this fraud and forgery because their acts are criminal. I told my attorney they are greedy,power hungry and vicious. Three of that group have either quit or been fired. Even the owner/director in MO Dr. William Kapp would not listen to me and blocked my calls. What they have done to me made me sick so much that my daughter insisted I see a specialist and I needed to I was just to hurt and depressed to know it. I have contacted many agencies since december with no help even the DOL who gave me wrong directions nor the EEOC who says it would be 1.5 yrs. There is a lot more to it my age,race,retaliation, and injuries there.
